St. Joseph Catholic Academy is both a welcoming and challenging Catholic school environment. Basic values of respect, honesty, kindness, and appreciation for difference are firmly embedded in the School's culture. It is in the security of this environment that students are able to take the intellectual and social risks that enable them to reach their highest potential as scholars, leaders, and community members. As such, St. Joseph Catholic Academy seeks to enroll students from diverse backgrounds. Each of our four elementary schools has its own unique character, therefore we encourage you to call the school to arrange for your family’s personal tour as well as inquire about openings, or adding your child’s name to a waiting list. Once you have chosen a school for your child, please inform the school and they will send you a registration packet with all necessary information. Pre-registration and registration for the following school year takes place in March.

Schedule a meeting with the School Administrator to review your child’s academic records. A child is to be three (3) years of age prior to August 1 to be eligible for admission to our Montessori preschool program and five (5) years of age prior to August 1 to be eligible for admission to Kindergarten.

Obtain a New Family registration packet from the school. Return all registration information to the school. Most financial information, such as tuition, payment plans, financial aid, and scholarships are handled through Central Office. If you would like to apply for Financial Aid, families should fill out the FACTS Grant & Aid Application on line at www.factstuitionaid.com. There is a $25.00 application fee payable to FACTS. New families should fill out this application within 10 days of registering. Families who qualify for financial aid will be notified by mail with the amount of tuition assistance awarded.

FACTS Tuition Management

St. Joseph Catholic Academy uses FACTS Tuition Management to handle our payment plans. If you pay your tuition through FACTS, you can check on the status of your account, the schedule of payments still to be made, a listing of those payments already made, and a complete listing of all activity through My FACTS Account.
